Ellen Rozelle Turner is the Founder, President and CEO of The William Everett Group and Mind Your Manners, Limited. Ms. Turner is an inspirational leader and entrepreneur. Ms. Turner has over 20 years of experience in executive management, sales, marketing and is a subject matter expert in state and local government. Ms. Turner has a solid track record of helping clients solve complex business problems and delivers superior customer service. Ms. Turner has held positions as President of Blackwell Consulting Services, one of the nation’s largest minority owned technology firms, Managing Partner and founder with Clarity Partners and Assistant Commissioner at the City of Chicago Department of Innovation and Technology and the Office of the Mayor. Ms. Turner leads a successful management and information technology consulting firm with over 110 highly skilled consultants . She is the president of an etiquette consulting business, Mind Your Manners, Limited.
Ms. Turner has been honored with the 2017 Chicago Defender’s Women of Excellence Award, the prestigious Anti-Defamation League Women of Achievement Award, the University of Illinois CHANCE Program Community Partnership Leadership Award and the National Forum for Black Public Administrators Leadership Award. Ms. Turner attended the University of Missouri for Journalism and holds a certification in Human Resource Management form DePaul University.
Ms. Turner is dedicated to her charitable causes. Her family has established The McGee Turner Family Foundation. A not-for-profit that will fund business, social and dining etiquette training services for at risk children, adults and veterans. Ms. Turner served as the former Chairman of the Board of Circle Urban Ministries a non- for-profit organization serving Chicago’s Austin Community. Ms. Turner was formerly on the board of directors of the Loretto Hospital, Harrington College of Design, DuSable Museum Women’s Board and the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago. She is also the co-chair of Information Technology committee for the Illinois Black Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Turner serves on the Illinois State Treasurer's African American Women's Board. Ms. Turner lives in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood with her husband Donald Turner, Jr., has three children and granddaughter Gabrielle.
Partner & Vice President Delivery Services
Arnold R. Crater serves as Partner and Vice President of Delivery for TWEG. Mr. Crater is responsible for the assisting with the day-to-day operations of TWEG as well managing the firm’s portfolio of project/engagements. He manages the team of over 130 consultants and is Mr. Crater garners a successful career in informational technology and executive leadership. Mr. Crater is a seasoned business strategist and technologist with over 25 years of public and private sector operations and management consulting experience. Prior to TWEG Mr. Crater spent five years as the Deputy Executive Director and Chief Information Officer for the Regional Transportation Authority. He served as the Executive Director of Informational Technology Services for the Illinois Math and Science Academy. He was Senior Manager and Executive with Accenture where he led the Global Unified Communications and Network Technology Services. At Accenture, Mr. Crater’s clients included healthcare, utility and media clients. He was also founder, president and managing partner of Advanced Concepts an information technology firm. Mr. Crater started his career as an engineer with Motorola and rose through the ranks to become Director of Worldwide Technical Support where he managed over 125 customer support agents for Motorola’s Integrated Dispatch Enhanced Network business. As part of his professional career, Mr. Crater served as secretary of the North American CIO consortium, Member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI)
In addition to his professional career, Mr. Crater has served on the board of several civic, political and not-for-profit organizations. These affiliations include, i.c. stars,
Mr. Crater holds a bachelors and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and an Master of Management Administration from Northwestern University. He is also certified PMP, DCIS, DCIE, DCES, CCIE, CCDA, ITIL, CSE.

Blair C. McGee
Blair C. McGee serves as the Vice President of Operations for the firm. Ms. McGee is responsible for the financial, benefits and insurance services for the firm. Prior to joining TWEG, Blair served as a personal banker with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. She was a Financial Services representative for Country Insurance and MetLife. She is also an independent Financial Services Broker for J.K. Insurance Agency. Ms. McGee is a licensed financial advisor and holds a broker’s license in Life, Property, Casualty and Health Insurance. Ms. McGee holds a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois in Chicago.

Human Resources Administrator
Anita Stevenson serves as the lead Human Resources Administrator and is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function for the firm. Ms. Stevenson spearheads the development and implementation of HR policies, practices, procedures, and professional development while overseeing the strategic human resource planning providing the organization with the best talent available and positioning TWEG as the employer of choice within the industry. Prior to joining the TWEG Team, Ms. Stevenson served as Human Resources Generalist for several non-for-profit organizations, including, Metropolitan Family Services, The Alzheimer’s Association and New Life Foundation for Better Living. Her responsibility at these organizations included talent acquisition, employee relations & engagement, compliance, auditing, retention and benefits management. Ms. Stevenson holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Dillard University and Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University.
